ROUTINES. We all hate them. They take away the variety and spice of life with their lackluster repetition. But, seeing we all want the BEST out of life we all HAVE TO BE PREPARED. Whether your aspiration is Glamour, Professionalism, Weight-Loss, or Study we all have a goal and a good night routine promises a head-start on your Glam-Filled Tommorow.Capricous in nature, I find it hard to settle into one steady routine to keep my glam in order, so I have a 10 Step Plan I follow and add something different to each night. Begin 2-3 hours before bedtime.
The 10 Step Night Routine:
- TV for 30 mins; brush, moisturize and wrap your hair.
- Meditate for 30 minutes and/or Workout for 30 minutes.
- Brush your Teeth, prepare 5 min whitener trays and insert.
- Shower/Bathe - Exfoliate face, body, buff feet, rinse, dry & robe.
- Watch TV 30 mins, moisturizing skin; at each commercial break, set out tomorrow's clothes and make-up on your glam tray (get one they rock!)
- Apply whatever secret products you do, then GET IN BED.
- Gather your mind by revisiting the day's accomplishments & mentally pre-determine tomorrow.
- For those that do, Master it.
- Imagine your fondest desires.
- Fall asleep.
