
Capricous in nature, I find it hard to settle into one steady routine to keep my glam in order, so I have a 10 Step Plan I follow and add something different to each night. Begin 2-3 hours before bedtime.
The 10 Step Night Routine:
- TV for 30 mins; brush, moisturize and wrap your hair.
- Meditate for 30 minutes and/or Workout for 30 minutes.
- Brush your Teeth, prepare 5 min whitener trays and insert.
- Shower/Bathe - Exfoliate face, body, buff feet, rinse, dry & robe.
- Watch TV 30 mins, moisturizing skin; at each commercial break, set out tomorrow's clothes and make-up on your glam tray (get one they rock!)
- Apply whatever secret products you do, then GET IN BED.
- Gather your mind by revisiting the day's accomplishments & mentally pre-determine tomorrow.
- For those that do, Master it.
- Imagine your fondest desires.
- Fall asleep.
